As soon as the skate is slipped on, the extra-plush ankle pads comfortably hug the natural curves of the foot. This provides a great fit even before the skates are heat molded, which furthers the personalized fit for reduced break-in time. The top of the foot is well protected by the pro-style, white felt tongue. Its thickness deflects away impacts while preventing lace-bite. Meanwhile, the strategic perforation allows for maximum airflow during and after use.
